And, you have decided to offer a new service where you provide those outside rodent traps that look like landscaping rocks as a quarterly service. So, you might write one letter describing the new service, but send it to all 47 people, where every letter is fully personalized.</description>

You won&#039;t do it from FileMaker.  You will do it from iCal or Google Calendar as an import.

As a Mac user, you might even set up a &#039;folder action&#039; at the OS X level, and then it will happen automatically.  But that might require an Automator script. Both of these are outside what I have skill in.  You&#039;ll need to experiment, or refer to Apple&#039;s OS X Support Forums.
