What are Agreements?
Service Contracts you have with your customers. In general they are services that are annually renewable.
What are Renewals?
The annual record for the agreement. Every Agreement will have at least one renewal record. If an Agreement has been renewed 5 times, it will have 6 Renewal records. The Agreement record describes the initial cost, and what is to be done. The Renewal records keep track of each time the agreement was renewed, the cost of that renewal, the Invoice Number, and when it expires.
How does PestaRoo™ help us to keep our renewals current?
Once a day PestaRoo™ goes through all the Agreement records and checks to see when they need renewing. Depending upon your set-up, PestaRoo™ can send out three different successive letters. This is wonderful and automatic. Call sheets can also be generated.
