What are PreScheds?
Work Orders (WOs) that are automatically created according to some schedule.
How can PreSched make me money?
By making sure you never skip a repeat service.
When are PreScheds triggered?
The first time, each day that PestaRoo™ is launched. If PestaRoo™ is launched more than once, PreScheds will be trigger only once.
What intervals are available for triggering?
Any number of weeks OR any number of months.
What is the largest supported interval?
7 years. This means you can use the PreSched system to keep track of 2, 3, or 4 year retreatments.
What information can be put into a PreSched that is automatically transferred to the WO?
Any thing that appears on a WO can be also put into the PreSched.This includes, date, time, technician, service type, location, pests to control, contact numbers, notes etc.
Do the WOs created by the PreSched system automatically print?
No. The PreSched system only creates the WOs. Printing takes place daily when you are preparing the next days work.
How far in advance do PreScheds create the WOs?
Typically 1, 2, or 3 months. One month in adavance is the most common setting.
Can the PreSChed system create WOs that land directly in the Schedule Book?
Yes, this is done by selecting “Actual Date Preferences” when setting up the PreSched.
How do I use the PreSched system to create WOs where we don’t know the exact date and time?
Leave the “Actual Date Preferences” empty, and the PreSched will create an Unscheduled WO with an Approximate date. You can print a list of these each week as a call sheet from Home Page.
