Yes. From Home Page>>Set Preferences you can set your default Sales Tax rate.
Does PestaRoo™ support Taxing Jurisdiction?
Yes. You can edit the jurisdiction from the “Edit Value List” on Home Page. As of 2006, most states require and support taxing jurisdiction.
We have customers in more than one state, does PestaRoo™ allow multiple state jurisdiction?

Can we edit the list of Sales Tax exemption categories?
Yes. From Home Page>>Edit Value List>>Sales Tax Categories.
Does PestaRoo™ support GSA?
No. If a sufficient number of people are interesting in this feature, we at PestaRoo™ will take the time to implement it.
How do I print out my monthly Sales Tax report?
From “Date Range Reports” you may export or print your Sales Tax and/or jurisdiction reports.
Where is the customer Sales Tax status designated?
Customer Data Entry.
Where is the Sales Tax rate set for a customer?
From that customer’s location data entry by selecting the correct jurisdiction.
Is Sales Tax in PestaRoo™ accumulated in Accrual or cash accounts?
Cash.
How do I change the Sales Tax amount on a single invoice that is incorrect for a special situation?
From Invoice Data Entry type in the override Sales Tax amount and click the “Refresh Button.”
