90 Day Letters for New Property Owners
January 2010. We’ve been hard at work on the AutoPrint letters the last few weeks. ‘Welcome Letters’ automatically go out to new customers, (see last post and support doc). But what about new Locations, or a Location that has just changed hands? This is where you use the ‘90 Day Letters’. PestaRoo AutoPrints a ‘90 Day Letter’ after the property changes hands, or typically, 90 days after you do a Termite Inspection, indicating that it is being sold. This ‘90 Day Letter’ typically congratulates them on their new purchase and gives them a special offer on your services. This system is very flexible, so be sure to read the new support doc, “90 Day Letters” on the subject, (it should be on our web site by Jan 27 of 2010). To indicate the change in ownership, we’ve added a new feature, this week, a ‘reset’ button on Location Data Entry. This tells PestaRoo that the property has a new Owner and a resets the dates for the ‘90 Day Letter.’
