Appt View from Work Orders
November 2009. PestaRoo’s WO system is rock solid and works beautifully with the Schedule Book screens. Our users have found the two of them to work very effectively together, so we don’t normally change anything in a area that work so well. But, we’ve added a new portal in WOs that eases the time scheduling for that technician. Now, when you create a new WO for a technician and a given date, a portal instantly pops up showing all his/her other appointments for that day! This is going to be one of the those very compelling new additions that will be well-loved. It will be in the new PestaRoo 3.0.
