Sending Emails for Upcoming Work Orders
February 2012. Work Orders may have either an Actual Date on the Schedule Book, or merely have an Approximate Date. Those with an Approximate Dates have not yet been scheduled. Approximate Dates are used when we are scheduling in the future where we don’t yet know what actual date we will be doing the work. So, once a week, or month, PestaRoo companies typically print a Call Sheet of those WOs with only Approx dates.
