Sending Invoice as an Email
December 2009. Our world is changing and more of our regular customers use emails for business and pleasure. PestaRoo makes it easy to send out an email invoice with a single click! On Invoice Data Entry we have a button in the upper right corner to “Send as Email”. Click it, and it is sent! It is that fast. And the email your customer receives is just as neat and attractive as our print invoices. Once the invoice has been emailed, that date appears below the button to remind you. If you have a customer who does not have email yet, the email button changes to say, “No Email Address”. At 44¢ per click, these savings add up quickly. This function alone can easily pay for PestaRoo. Once again PestaRoo makes you money!
