Work Order Products
February 2010. We’ve been working to improve the way products are selected for the WO as it prints. Each Service Type in PestaRoo has its own list of products that you prefer for that service. Plus, there is a separate master default list in Home Page Preferences. So, if the Service Type list only includes 5 items, then the remaining 3 will come from the master default list. (Normally 8 Products print on each WO, leaving 2 blank lines for hand-written additions.) This double-source method of populating the WOs is a big time saver for the technician. And we have just finished redesigning the input screen at Home Page to make putting in the master default list even easier!
