On the “More…” layer of Home Page is a wonderful function. It is search “All Notes”. This is a global search function for all notes in all areas from one place. If you have left your self a note about, for example, “Broken glass in the crawl space”, but you can’t remember where you wrote it. On a Invoice? WO? Customer?, Location? Or, somewhere else? Search ‘All Notes’ instantly searches every note and log field in the entire database and lists all the results on one easy to read screen. And the results screen includes blue ‘Jump To’ triangles so you can immediately navigate to the record you want in any table with one click!
